Christopher DeSantis, CEO & Founder
Chris leads his company with unceasing passion and conviction. RICG’s philosophy was founded on his personal approach to building relationships. He believes in connecting on a personal level by understanding people’s needs and strives to continually bring value to every relationship.
Over the course of RICG’s twenty-six year history, Chris has advanced his company from traditional printing to
a well-respected end-to-end marketing solutions provider within the creative agency space. He has partnered
in developing data-driven strategies for businesses such as Disney, Jersey Boys, Prudential Financial,
Genworth Financial, OppenheimerFunds, and SunAmerica.
He constantly pushes the innovation team to apply cutting-edge technology and digital strategies to emerging marketing trends serving B2B and B2C strategic communications for clients within the financial, hospitality,
biotech, and entertainment industries.
Chris is a passionate sports fan, enjoys playing golf and is still striving for that “hole in one.”
Brett Iken, Chief Operating Officer
Brett is a powerful leader who brings a wealth of experience in variable composition, technology, workflow engineering, digital and print operations, and production management.
As Chief Operating Officer at RICG, Brett is responsible for the development and execution of the company’s business strategy in the areas of manufacturing, client engagement, and operations. He currently directs the day-to-day operations of the digital print and fulfillment operations. He also works closely with the regional sales force
to support their growth in targeting profitable digital applications.
Prior to joining RICG, Brett held the position of Production Manager at Earth Thebault (formerly L.P. Thebault),
one of the nation’s largest renewable energy purchasers in the printing industry. He is often described as a straight shooter with a wild sense of humor.
Charles Guss, Chief Financial Officer
Chuck brings over 30 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and Administration to RICG.
His background includes positions with small, medium, and large companies ranging from startups to
multi-billion dollar entities. Cash flow, profitability, financial and HR controls, and guidance are in the
fore front of his responsibilities.
When not at work, Chuck enjoys being with his daughters, playing many different sports, and spending time with friends and colleagues.
Rafael Soberal, EVP, Executive Creative Director
Rafael is an award-winning creative leader with over 15 years of global experience working with clients such as IBM, Kodak, ESPN, Sharp, AIG, and CA Technologies to name a few.
At RICG, Rafael directs the day-to-day operations of the agency, leading multi-disciplinary creative teams to build powerful relationship experiences that connect across digital, social, and traditional media. He is a strategic problem solver that aligns big data with big thinking to develop creative that connects.
Rafael’s creative approach is about simplifying marketing into relevant, shareable brand expressions that deliver value in the simplest, most elegant form. Rafael has a BFA from The School of Visual Arts, NYC, and has over 4 years of Pre-Med from Stony Brook University. Rafael enjoys spending time with his family and is active in his community.
Greg Yates, ChiEF MARKETING OFFICER
Greg’s tenure includes over twenty years of building new brands and rescuing stale ones that were falling out of vogue. Previously, he was CMO of InvestingChannel, Managing Director of Intuition and held senior roles at Fox Interactive Media, IGN, UGO and imeem.
As Chief Marketing Officer RICG, Greg’s responsibilities include Business Modeling, Brand Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Development and Product Evolution.
Greg’s unique and creative approach has earned him numerous industry accolades including ‘Most Valuable Partner’ and ‘Top Twenty Rising Star’ in Financial Marketing.
Greg is a frequent speaker on innovative advertising and marketing topics and is oft invited to consult brand teams on future trends. Additionally, Greg volunteers his time as Board Director for the Financial Communications Society, supporting charities through the organization’s work.
When not in the office, you can find Greg music directing, playing drums and guitar with ‘The Mayhem,’ a band he formed with industry peers to perform at charity events, producing artists, spending time with his family on the UWS and running in Central Park.
Greg Brancaleone, EVP, Director Client Services
Greg is a 15-year marketing veteran with versatile industry knowledge, having worked on brands such as AARP, American Express, Bank of America, Computer Associates, Kraft, and Verizon. In serving clients, Greg seamlessly bridges the gap between marketing and creative, preserving the vision for each brand.
Greg’s unique expertise and background comes from his college days of a BA in Art and Graphic Design, combined
with his early career experiences with Art Direction and managing a production studio, continuing into Account
and Client Management.
This diverse background helps guide not only our clients, but also our agency. His leadership skills also come
in handy as he manages his children at home and coaches his son’s football team.
