He constantly pushes the innovation team to apply cutting-edge technology and digital strategies to emerging marketing trends serving B-to-B and B-to-C strategic communications for clients within the financial, hospitality, biotech and entertainment industries.

Brett Iken – VP & Head of Technology & Operations

Brett is a powerful leader who brings a wealth of experience in variable composition, technology, workflow engineering, digital and print operations and production management.
As VP & Head of Technology and Operations at RICG, Brett is responsible for the development and execution of the company’s business strategy in the areas of manufacturing, client engagement and operations. He currently directs the day-to-day operations of the digital print and fulfillment operations. He also works closely with the regional sales force to support their growth in targeting profitable digital applications.
Prior to joining RICG, Brett held the position of Production Manager at Earth Thebault (formerly L.P. Thebault), one of the nation’s largest renewable energy purchasers in the printing industry. Chuck brings over 30 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and Administration to RICG. His background includes positions with small, medium and large companies ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar entities. Cash flow, profitability, financial and HR controls, and guidance are in the fore front of his responsibilities.
